🎨 How to Color
Start with dark greens at the upper canopy -have light and dark in it to get a layered texture of the leaf. The sunbeams should be in warm yellows, golds, pale creams, which should be mixed outwards until they merge into the shadows. Add more tree trunks using brown and gray to darken one side indicating that this shows light direction. The ground of the forest may be resembling the earth, umber, moss green, and golden brown, with its random luminous spots where the sun is striking. To achieve the magic of light, minimum strokes of the white or light yellow pencil dotted on the beams are to be applied to create a glowing effect. To make it deeper, make the trees in the background in cooler and darker colours and the details in the front in warmer colours. Abuse soft tone transitions and light dashes - the trick lies in giving forest an unnatural life and making it light colored.
