This vintage Sonic coloring sheet features the green hedgehog as he dashes forth in the legendary Green Hill Zone. It is lined with checkerboard cliffs, loop-de-loops, palm trees, and sparkling rings hanging in the air behind him. There are flowers and tufts of grass scattered on the ground and soft clouds passing in the sky. Clean and sharp lines provide clear-cut outlines of Sonic and the landscape as well as all accompanying background images thus enabling straightforward coloring of each form to ensure that shapes are not overlaid. Sonic must have vivid royal blue with peach/tan muzzle, inner ears, and arms; gloves bright white infused with soft cool-gray in crevices; shoes deep red with a sharp white strap and light-gray soles; eyes peppy green with a pin point white sparkle. Checkerboard cliffs may be golden tan with darker squares of chocolate-brown; grass lighter tips and the palest fresh green; flowers yellows bright and red and purple. Rings are family to be in dark gold and light yellow accent and amber shadows. The trunks of the palm trees are supposed to be made a warm brown with bright green fronds, and the sky a gradation upon blue, the horizon being light, which becomes darker as it goes higher in the air, and are surrounded by cottony white clouds. Make speed lines look very light blue-gray in order not to blind Sonic. Cap it off using a white gel pen to add sparkles on the rings,blight in the eye of sonic, and clean edge highlights on the quills and the shoes.
