Knight Standing Guard

Knight Standing Guard Simple Castle Wall Background coloring page- all the power and quietness are concentrated in an image of a warrior-hero of the medieval period. In strong pose and with his clean armour, the knight is waiting his turn upon his post, and here furnishes a decisive subject in the eyes of artists of every age. His deep plates of the helmet, shield and armour also present superb textures to be coloured, and the simplified castle wall in the background puts him safely in a vacant space without any distracting details. The combination of detailed and spacious areas make the page amusing to those who are only starting to grasp the basics of the art and beginner colorists that desire to add depth, highlight, and other metallic effects. Be it in the activities of children, teaching sessions, or relaxation of the adults, the scene is creative and yet accessible to the composition. It is easy to colour, print-ready, and with a perfect mix of a mediaeval feeling and firm and heroic images.

🎨 How to Color
Begin with light grey or metallic silver of colouring the armour of the knight, and slowly deepen the colour on the joints, curves, and engraved lines to give reality of solid metal. Shinadampen topped places with a white pencil. The shield, cape or other symbols of the knight in deeper colour (red, blue or gold) will make them be distinguished. In the case of the castle wall, light colours of stones, soft greys, beige, or sandy should be used and slight shade between stones should be used to provide depth without overwhelming the picture. The background must also be basic to ensure that the focus is on the knight. Coloured pencils are best to use in order to write something fine and the markers are used to fill bigger areas. There should be a smooth mix and more gradual colour application to achieve a heroic effect.
