Knight Guarding Bridge coloring page

One of the knights with a watchful eye on a bridge near a bare picture of a river. Details, bold lines and empty spaces put this colouring page on top of all ages.

Knight Guarding Bridge

The colouring page called Knight Guarding Bridge - Basic River Outline, presents the reader with an image of a warrior firmly standing on duty and is guarding a simple wooden or stone bridge. The lines of his armour have been marked with very clean edges that mark every plate and strapping though there is ample space to shade, bring out metallic chiaro and his clever finish. The knight is standing upright with a sense of responsibility and alertness, thus he is the main and most action-packed person in the scene. Making up his background, there is a simple outline of a river-- smooth, flowing lines that are simple to colour, but obvious enough to allow the more advanced artists to put on ripples, reflections, or gradients. The bridge itself gives the image a solid visual point of reference and is all too plain and unmuddled. The masculine style features of the design of the heroes are balanced with the serene natural landscape, which is appropriate in fantasy projects, illustrations of the storeys, classroom work or a calming session of colouring. The user-friendly design is simple to use and yet appealing to both the beginner and the professional artist.

🎨 How to Color
Begin with the armour of the knight of silver, grey, steel-blue colour. Add the darker color under the armor plates, around joints and line up the engravings so that there is co-existence of aspect of depths as well as metallic touch. Draw up protruded spots using a white pencil to make shiny. The bridge is to be stained to warm colour, whether of wood, or of light stones, when to be so--without much tint, to take away the smoothness of line. In the case of the river outline, blue, turquoise, or soft aquas are to be used, but mixed very lightly, to produce a flowing effect of water. She should add darker lines in places of edges or small highlights to resemble light reflections. It may be green, brown or earthy as far as the setting which thou fanciest is. Use soft blues colors or warm sky colours as a background. The use of coloured pencils is better when it comes to detailed armour and water effects whereas the markers may be used to fill larger areas, such as the sky or the ground. Make the background plain so that the model knight is not distracted with any comic ornament.
