Hockey Stick and Puck Crossed coloring page

A plain hockey object made up of sticks and pukes that are crossed. Outlined and simple shapes make it kid-friendly, logo friendly and sports worth colouring in.

Hockey Stick and Puck Crossed

This is a clean and simple design that will shine with bright colouring of young artists as well as hockey fans. The cartoon also depicts the two crossed hockey sticks creating a typical sports logo, and the puck takes centre stage at the bottom. The design is easy, symmetrical and attractive to the eyes that can be perfect to an amateur, but can be of creative merit to older children. The exaggerated linework and broad areas of colour fill up any detail easily, the stick blades and the lines of the tape, all the way down to the rounded form of the puck. The background can be left plain, or the artist can put their own creative touch on it, be it team colours, stars, banners, initials, or even a made-to-order cigarette logo bordering the design. The workbook is a good one on school work, teamwork, sports based craft or just time to relax and take up the coloured paper. It glorifies everything about hockey as pure as it can get with a focus on the equipment that can be used to identify the sport in a friendly, iconic manner.

How to Color
The hockey sticks are to be used to begin to color this emblem. Wooden sticks are to be used with browns and modern composite sticks are to be used with blacks, as well as with greys and blues. Break upper case letters onto the handle or blade with white, black or bright colour accent tape. The puck is expected to be dark in colour (black, charcoal) although children may choose any amusing colour in case they want to add the creative touch. As the background is plain, you can leave it even or you can also add some shapes such as the circles, stars or banners behind the emblem. The emblem can be more official by using bold colours, which are part of the team, e.g., red, blue, green, or orange. To add additional detail, a bit of color to one of each of the sticks makes the effect a 3D impression. Complete the emblem by sketching in large figures using a sharp coloured pencil to create the appearance of a clean cut and polished emblem.
