Vintage Rocket Near Retro Control Tower coloring page

There is a vintage rocket and a retro control tower, which is being attractively drawn with a classic big lines and broad colouring spots--good things which sci-fi and retro space fans will love.

Vintage Rocket Near Retro Control Tower

It is a nostalgic sci-fi scene with a stunningly-descigned retro rocket standing ravishing beside a retro control tower, with bulburging space-age 1950s fifties retro control tower havoc. Its body curves are soft, rounded, its fins are vintage, the lines of the rivet-like panels and the typical nose cone evoke the image of the old-fashioned boats of space explorers. The retro control tower has boxy windows, radar dishes, antennas and ladder-like structures, which are designed using clean and bold lines, to easily colour in using isolated colouring and also make the process fun to do. The surrounding space might consist of a plain launch pad ground, the few vaguely swept clouds, or far outlines of the horizon that do not overwhelm the composition with details. The design keeps the large open areas of colouring that children can use and through the detail included; the design will be of some nostalgic value to older artists. It is a mash-up of the ancient engineering and the vintage sci-fi fantasy and the experience of being in an old rocket base before the countdown fired off.

🎨 How to Color
The vintage rocket should be bold and classical, red, white, silver, teal, or mustard yellow are some great colours to use. Application of a darker color on one side to provide rounded depth to the metal surface. In the case of the retro control tower, muted or soft pastel colours such as faded blue, olive green, tan, or grey are better suited to match design styles of the mid-century. Windows may be light blue or turquoise whereas radar dishes and antennas may be metallic greys. Paint the ground of the launching pad- grass in neutral shades of brown or gray. During the day the sky may be the soft blue colour but when wanting a nostalgic sunrise effect an orange and pink colour is possible. When working with metal, use smooth strokes and when on the tower, do the strokes a little rougher to give contrast. It will be necessary to add subtle shadows under the rocket and tower to make the olden-day scene perfectly real on the ground.
