This coloring picture shows a majestic Triceratops with a fancy crown on top of its frill and a flowing cape at the back of them. The crown is rimmed with shapes and signs representative of gems, and also has symbols of worthiness that are depicted at the crown itself, and the cape is layered and has trimmings that are representative of furry fabric where there is a sense of an appearance and a pattern that is even included with the use of tassels. The Triceratops is placed slightly higher, on a pedestal of stone carved up in heraldic patterns and with the laurels growing all around it, because obviously it is a noble thing. Its face is composed yet grave, and the eyes have an almost wise look and a kind of inborn strength. The texture of its armor plates, the folds of the cape, the filigree of the crown, are all a great help to the colourist in his work of shade, and gleam of metallic colours, and bold contrast. Details such as a scepter leaning in the background, fluttering pennants and a few doting baby dinosaurs give the story without overwhelming the main central royal character. It is a combination of prehistoric and regal, and admits of rich and poetic coloring.
