Stitch Building Sandcastle at Island Beach coloring page
Stitch creates a sandcastle in an island beach resting in the sun. The summer fun, tropical delight, creative beach fun is all present with this eye candy Lilo and Stitch coloring page.
Stitch moulds towers and pieces walls on his sand castle all with a look of focused determination and enthusiasm with a small plastic shovel. The sandcastle is also boastfully finished with numerous turrets, arched gates and ornamental seashells. The image is depicting a clean expanse of sun-bathed beach, as waves gently roll along and some scattered seashells and starfish can be found to create a texture to the beach. The serene turquoise ocean in the background shines against the clear sky and some tree, possibly a palm tree, is leaning in to provide some cover. His blue fur is over a golden sand and an abandoned bucket is placed close by which contributes to the storey about devoted play. It is the beautiful and innocent fun before the creation, as Stitch and his castle move through the complex, playful curves of lines with the organic flowing forms of the surrounding tropical beach setting. It is a scene full of cheer, and it is best portrayed in bright, summery colours.
How to Color
Highlight the adorable sunny and happy beach, with a warm and vivacious colour palette. Open with Stitch, which he uses in its usual bright blue which fades with the darker blue in the crevices, and with the paler in the places where the sun is come upon. The sandcastle should be coloured by use of warm tan and light brown colour, with a slightly darker colour that outlines the edges, towers and textures of the sand that has been packed into the sandcastle. The shells and the starfish may be dark points of colour-- think oranges, pinks and purples. With the ocean, a clear gradient of deep teal along the horizon to bright turquoise and emerald, in coming to the shore, with white froth upon the swell, is to be used. The sky must be light blue, clear and gay. Any palm trees may be done with rich brown and green, and the plastic bucket and shovel may be painted in a vivid contrast of red or yellow. Lastly, add small shadows in light purple or grey under Stitch and the castle to give them some feel on the sun beach.
