Pikachu - the colour of the body, cheeks, the tip of ears and tails should be bright yellow, red and black respectively. Eyes must be black and white-highlighted.
Jiggypuff Other- Make the body light pink, with dark pink at the corner of the ears, blue eyes and a green microphone (when present).
Stage - Have wooden floor of stage covered with light and dark brown. The colour of the curtains may be red or purple to create a dramatic impact.
Spotlights - Custom lights (yellow or white): on the Pikachu and Jigglypuffs.
Background Information- dark blue or black behind the curtains would make the stage stand out.
Shading & Depth - Put more dark yellows on the Pikachu and on the Jigglypuff put some more dark pink shadows to make it round.
