Start with the armour of Optimus Prime - dark red on his chest and his arms, dark blue on his legs and his helmet, metallic silver or grey in the joints and parts of his weapons. Apply faint effects of white or in basic gray tones to make reflections and smooth metallic look. His ion blaster may be coloured in dark grey with smouldering blue highlights to indicate charged energy.
