Begin to tint Elsa in her iconic icy colors, soft blues, teals, and lustrous whites, and mix the two exemplifying mobility in her costume and hair. In the spinning ice whirls apply stripes of pale blue, silver, white, and little or no lavender, which fade away to make the effect transparent and during.
