Dora the Explorer Smiling in the Jungle coloring page
A smiling Dora the Explorer colouring page at the jungle creates an enviroment of creativity, fun, and learning to kids as it has Dora among trees and other wildlife.
The colouring page Dora the Explorer Smiling in the Jungle reflects the playful character of Dora as she plays in a green jungle with trees, leaves, and animals that are not hostile towards her. This scene represents the journeyistic nature of the series in that it asks children to consider being on a discovery filled trip with Dora. It is also exciting with the jungle background with such natural elements as vines, flowers, and hidden paths, which makes the page interesting and rich in images. With the assistance of colouring this page children gain better hand-eye coordination, focus and creativity and most importantly positive themes including curiosity, confidence, and exploration are strengthened. This colouring page can be used to serve both home and classroom activities, and themed learning hours because it is a fun activity that gives children an opportunity to relate to the world of Dora and to use their artistic ideas without using screens.
How to ColorĀ
It is time to begin coloring this jungle painting with the favorite, bright clothes of Dora. Her shirt should be soft pink, her shorts should be warm orange, her socks should be yellow, and her shoes, with some coloured accents, should be white or light grey. Her hair may be darkened on to deep brown, and her skin in natural warm tones of colour. In the jungle background, I would use a variety of shades of green colours to make the jungle leaves, trees and vines look alive, blending light green with dark green to make depth. The trunks of the trees appear to be more attractive in deep shades of brown with increasing darkness towards the periphery. Brighten the scene with pops of color intending to use bright flowers or tropical birds or butterflies. The sky in the trees can be done in blue with some shadows which are soft enough to give it a three dimensional look. Crayons are good in the general territory, coloured pencil is good at the details, and markers show outlines. Learn to be creative--this can be as colourful and imaginative jungle adventure as the child wants to make it.
