Daisy flowers in a vase coloring page

This is a simple-to-color page where fresh daisies picked are put in a clear glass vase. The flower heads are presented with sharp rounded petals that grow out of their textured center. You may paint the vase to be clear glass, ceramic, a rhythmic vessel with soft stripes, polka dots or a light lace trim. The long slim stems of the daisies cross in the vase and the leaflets are simply shaded in ovals with strongly marked central veins. There are some petals scattered on the ground and some leaves straying around the foot of the vase making it look natural that you could experiment with gradients or stippled textures. Next, in the distance, think of a sunny windowsill, or a gently rippled cloth--lightly implied by diffuse lines which you may color, or leave white to help define the boundaries. Either with the traditional white petals and golden yellow center on cold glass or against a brighter background, pastel petals and a chic vase that is almost like the blushing flowers, this still life leaves you with the challenge of maintaining the purity of the daisies and the simplicity of the vase so that there can be a synergy in display rather than competition, the beauty of the flowers in blossom.
