How to Color
You must start with pale blue, ivory, lavender or pastel pink to fill in the robe of this angel--to so it has a soothing effect. Apply a bit particular lighter colors on the folds so that they give depth. In the case of the wings you can mix whites, light grays or soft pastel colours so as to make the wings feel feathered. The scroll may be stained in warm beige or light parchment colours and some slight shadows may be made in order to emphasize the rolled sides. The cloud shelf is seen to be pretty in light blues, off whites or light greys to keep an airy light look. To make the background look minimalistic, you may leave it clean, or introduce some soft blends of the blue, peach, or lavender to a dreamy sky background. It would be a nice idea to add some sort of glow surrounding the angel or some sort of sparkles by the scroll to add to it to make it seem magical and peaceful.
